Refund Policy for spectai.net Subscription Service
At spectai.net, we are committed to providing our customers with excellent service and value. Our subscription plans offer access to exclusive content and features, which are continually updated and enhanced. We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription, but we understand that circumstances may arise when a refund request is necessary.
1. Refund Eligibility
Customers may be eligible for a refund based on the following criteria:
– The customer has not used or accessed any of the subscription content.
– The refund request is made within 7 days of the renewal date.
– There is a technical issue beyond the customer’s control that prevents access to the subscription content.
– The customer has encountered an error or issue with their payment method that cannot be resolved.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund for your subscription, please contact our customer service team by contact@spectai.net or contact form. Refund requests will be reviewed by our team and a decision will be made within 7 days. If the refund is approved, the prorated refund amount will be issued to the original payment method used by the customer.
3. Non-Refundable Subscription Plans
The following subscription plans are non-refundable:
– Monthly subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days prior to cancellation.
– Annual subscriptions that have been active for more than 15 days prior to cancellation.
4.Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription plan at any time. Once the cancellation is processed, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for subscription plans that have been active for more than 7 days.
